How much does Search Genie cost?+
Search Genie is priced per brand, per month, in USD: Starter $99, Growth $399 and Enterprise $1,499. Every plan includes unlimited seats. Annual billing saves 15%, and multi-brand Portfolio terms start from $3,499 per month for 3 Enterprise-grade brand slots on one invoice.
What is a tracked prompt?+
A tracked prompt is one buyer question we keep asking the AI engines on a schedule, then record the answer. Starter tracks 50, Growth 150 and Enterprise 600. Tracked prompts are a capacity limit, not a monthly allowance: you can edit the set whenever your category changes.
How often are AI answers re-checked?+
Answers to every tracked prompt are re-checked every 2 days on Starter and daily on Growth and Enterprise, with the AI engines rotating per scheduled check. That is a separate schedule from your Google data: Search Console, GA4 and Merchant Center re-sync weekly on Starter and Growth, and daily on Enterprise.
Is there a free plan or a free trial?+
There is a free AI-visibility audit rather than a free trial. You enter your website, we run real engine answers and real search data for your domain, and the report arrives by email with its evidence labelled. No card, no sales call, and nothing to cancel.
What counts as a market?+
A market is a country we track your brand in — Saudi Arabia or the UAE, for example — in the language you sell in. Starter includes 1, Growth up to 3 and Enterprise up to 5. Extra markets are a one-time add-on at $50 each, bought by a workspace admin.
Will I be charged for going over a limit?+
No. There are no automatic overage charges. When you need more than a plan includes, a workspace admin buys a quantity explicitly: $5 per extra blog, $50 per extra market and $1 per tracked question × market. Nothing is added to your invoice without that step.
Can I pay annually?+
Yes — annual billing saves 15% on every self-serve plan, which is $1,010, $4,070 and $15,290 per year for Starter, Growth and Enterprise. Annual plans are set up by our team rather than through self-serve checkout, so contact us and we will invoice you.
Which plan includes the AI connector?+
Growth includes read-only access to the Search Genie MCP server, and Enterprise includes full access, so ChatGPT, Claude and other MCP clients can query your workspace directly. Starter has no connector. Setup for each assistant is documented on the Connect your AI page.
