What is HYVE Labs?

HYVE Labs describes itself as a Dubai AI and enterprise systems studio built to connect the teams, tools and decisions that growth depends on. It ships production software for enterprise clients and builds its own products alongside that work.

Who is behind it?

HYVE Labs publishes one named leader on its about page: Shaheer Usmani, Managing Director. The studio describes him as an ex-group marketing lead — someone who ran growth inside an operating business before building software for it.

We are deliberately not listing a cast of titles here. The team page that matters is hyvelabs.tech/about, read 28 September 2026, and it is kept current by the people it describes.

How long has the team been doing this?

Since 2020. The studio publishes its own timeline; this is it, in its own words.

1. 2020Foundation. Built the team and shipped the first enterprise systems.
2. 2022Enterprise scale. Data pipelines and reporting systems with clearer operational ownership.
3. 2024AI integration. Workflow automation and cloud expansion across teams.
4. 2025MENA expansion. Region-wide services and agentic capabilities.
5. 2026HYVELABS. A new identity for the studio, and the year Search Genie opened up.

Why build another AI visibility platform?

Because the ones that existed measured English and assumed a Western buyer. A Gulf retailer's customers ask in Arabic, buy in several markets at once, and appear in AI shopping answers through a product feed nobody was joining to the rest of the picture.

So Search Genie measures Arabic and English as equals across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt and Lebanon; joins AI answers to your own Search Console, GA4 and Google Merchant Center data (the retail side is explained in how AI shopping answers choose which products to recommend); and does something about what it finds — generated content, and approved page changes you can publish and roll back.
