The agreement between you and HYVE Labs for use of the Search Genie platform.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Search Genie, the AI-search and SEO analytics platform operated by HYVE Labs ("HYVE Labs", "we", "us") at search-genie.hyvelabs.tech. By creating an account, joining a workspace, or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where you act for an organization, that organization (the "customer"). If you do not agree, do not use the service. Search Genie is a business tool intended for business use.
Sign-in uses email one-time codes with optional TOTP two-factor authentication. You must provide accurate information, keep your email account secure, and promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized access. Workspaces use a membership model with roles; workspace administrators can invite members, assign roles, connect integrations, and manage billing, and their actions within a workspace bind the customer that owns it. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
All payments are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where a charge resulted from a billing error on our side (contact contact@hyvelabs.tech within 30 days of the charge and we will correct it). No prorated refunds or credits are given for partial months, downgrades, or unused allowances. You can cancel at any time as described in Section 5, and your subscription remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings in the app or by emailing contact@hyvelabs.tech. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access until then, no further renewals are charged, and no prorated refund is due for the remainder of the period except where law requires. After cancellation, your data is handled as described in section 12 and our Privacy Policy.

As between you and HYVE Labs, the customer owns its data — brand configurations, connected-account data, inputs, and the content generated for it by the service ("Customer Data"). You grant HYVE Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely to provide, secure, and improve the service for you, consistent with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell Customer Data and do not use your Google-connected data or AI inputs to train generalized AI models. You are responsible for having the rights to the data you bring into the service.
Search Genie connects to third-party services — including Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Google Merchant Center via OAuth scopes granted by a workspace administrator — and uses third-party data providers such as DataForSEO. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and our use of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy, including its Google API Services Limited Use disclosure. You can disconnect an integration at any time in Settings → Integrations. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes to their APIs.
The service uses AI models (including OpenAI and Google Gemini) to generate content, recommendations, and analyses. AI output is probabilistic: it may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your purpose, and it may resemble output generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI output before relying on it or publishing it. Search Genie provides analytics and suggestions, not guarantees — we do not promise any particular search ranking, AI-visibility, traffic, or revenue outcome.
HYVE Labs owns the service, including its software, analytics layouts, designs, and documentation, all protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or obligation.
We aim to keep Search Genie available and performant, and we schedule maintenance to minimize disruption. Self-serve tiers (Starter, Growth, and self-serve Enterprise) are provided without a committed service-level agreement. Enterprise customers with a negotiated agreement receive the service levels specified in the applicable order form. We may modify features from time to time; if we materially reduce core functionality of your tier, we will provide notice.
We may suspend or terminate access (in whole or per workspace) for material breach of these Terms, non-payment after notice, security risk, or where required by law — using notice and a chance to cure where practicable. You may terminate by cancelling under section 5. Upon termination or expiry: your right to use the service ends; you may request an export of your Customer Data within 30 days; and we delete account and workspace data on written request as described in the Privacy Policy (30 days, with backups purged within 90 days). Sections that by their nature should survive (including 7, 9, 10, and 13–16) survive termination.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, HYVE Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that data from connected third-party services will be accurate or complete, or that any SEO, AEO, or GEO outcome will be achieved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; and (b) HYVE Labs' total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in these Terms limits your payment obligations.
You will defend and indemnify HYVE Labs against third-party claims arising from your Customer Data, your use of the service in violation of these Terms or of law, or content you publish after generating it with the service, except to the extent the claim results from our breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the United Arab Emirates have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service, and each party consents to that jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute by contacting each other (for us: contact@hyvelabs.tech).
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or in-app before they take effect; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the current version.
